Building on 90 Years of History

Throughout our 90 year history, we have built, acquired and sold many commercial and residential properties.

Our history began when Reginald Orr arrived in Vancouver in the 1920s and began by building homes, constructing stores, and assembling properties with a keen sense for location. Orr’s Stores was the result of his vision to run a successful family business with his two sons, and the familiar company name was posted proudly on their buildings throughout the city. The business flourished through the 3rd generation as the company evolved into Orr Development Corp. Today the 4th generation continues to build on Reg’s legacy.
